What is the cost?
Renting Grove Hall is easy! Call Mark and discuss how
long you need it for and what resources you will need.
The basic costs breakdown as follows:

•  If you are conducting a weekly event, like a yoga classes or a
writer's group, the cost is $25 an hour.

•  If you are interested in renting the hall for an event like an AGM,
fund raiser, or a business conference, the cost is $25 an hour. (If you
are a charity, community or a non-profit organization, the cost is $20/

•  If it is a party or celebration, (baby shower, Christmas gathering)
that set-up and clean-up are on the same day, the cost is $25 and

• If it is a major event, such as a wedding, we take such
responsibilities very seriously. We groom the grounds for weeks in
advance; even go so far as to customize our garden blooming times
and colours for your event. We also realize that on wedding night, no
one wants to stay behind to clean-up. So we offer a Deluxe Package:
This includes day before set-up/ decorating time, day-of hosting, and
day after cleaning-up time. We are always available to sit with you and
discuss how to make "the big day" as smooth and easy as it can be for
you. There is a flat rate for all of the above.
Always included in the above mentioned prices:

      •use of our tables and chairs
      •use of the parking lot for your patrons or guests
      •access to the parkland surrounding the hall
